I'm looking to apply my pharmaceutical maintenance, production-line optimization, validation, and cost-saving modification experience in a role focused on reliable, efficient manufacturing operations.

I've worked at PHARCOB International since 2014, maintaining vial and oral pharmaceutical production lines across sterile and non-sterile areas.

I perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical failures, lead root-cause analysis for major breakdowns, and help ensure production efficiency targets are met. My work covers washing, tunnel, filling, capping, and packaging machines, along with pneumatic systems, pumps, gearboxes, and power transmission.

I've saved 2 million EGP by modifying vial-machine settings in-house, avoiding the need for an external BOSCH team. I also saved 3 million EGP through local manufacturing of ampoule format parts, enabling dual ampoule production without reducing speed.

I work with GMP requirements, IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols, spare-parts planning, procurement follow-up, and Oracle ERP, with familiarity in SAP. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Power Engineering from Alexandria University.
