At Anuvu, I worked on Proactive, an expert-system framework that gathers and analyzes information from networks, equipment, and tools to raise alarms and resolve problems automatically. I optimized critical endpoints in the main API, cutting response time by 40%.
At Vodafone International Services (_VOIS), I built TOBi, a technical support chatbot using IPSoft's Amelia framework, and BOBi, an operations support chatbot using the MERN stack. Earlier, I developed Django back-end systems at Bit68 and built predictive models for customer debt-payment risk during my internship at BLITZ B.S.
