At ZaytounaOPS | InnoVibe, I developed a multi-tenant SaaS platform for managing olive mills, covering production, inventory, sales, and invoicing. I integrated automatic quality classification, industrial weighing systems, and offline synchronization.
I also set up production deployment on a Hetzner VPS using Docker Compose, Traefik, and GitHub Actions, with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki for monitoring and centralized logs. Earlier, at SM Consulting (Tunisie), I developed a training management application with the MERN stack and REST APIs.
