At MaibornWolff GmbH, I replaced inCTRL’s PHP monolith with 10 services and redesigned its data model for more than 1M IoT records per day. API and query optimization cut load times from 30 seconds to under 5 seconds, and a zero-downtime cloud migration reduced infrastructure costs by 50%.
I also built a Redshift warehouse with MongoDB and MySQL ETL, enabling customers to create their own dashboards. For MW Workbench, I designed a desktop app that gave around 200 non-technical employees access to enterprise LLMs on company infrastructure, with Docker-based agent isolation and tools for file search, document summaries, and slide generation.
For Mercedes-Benz, I migrated Java 8 to Java 21 and refactored Onion Architecture layers. I also automated onboarding from half a day to minutes and established PR review workflows.
Outside my client work, I built healthcare products including MedForum.net, MedForum AI, and DocteurTunisie.tn. These projects include a healthcare-worker social network, an AI assistant for Tunisian healthcare practitioners, and a multi-tenant clinic SaaS with patient management and security features.
