What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging role where I can lead or strengthen CAMO continuing airworthiness, close compliance gaps with a practical action plan, and build a strong safety culture through effective training, QA collaboration, and reliable oversight.

I’m a Continuing Airworthiness Manager focused on building and operating robust CAMO processes that keep aircraft compliant, reliable, and audit-ready. Since 2023, I established a fully operational CAMO across multiple AOCs in West Africa, covering aircraft types including ATR72, Beech 1900C/D, Leonardo A109, and Leonardo AW139.

I align company manuals with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, then turn compliance gaps into actionable improvement plans. I manage day-to-day CAMO operations, collaborate with QA to maintain a strong regulatory compliance and safety culture, and strengthen the team through a comprehensive training program.

Before CAMO leadership, I served as a Continuing Airworthiness Engineer and an Airworthiness Inspector, bringing end-to-end experience from acceptance through technical documentation and oversight. I led aircraft acceptance under dry lease, integrated aircraft/components into tracking systems (including AMS), executed EASA Part 21/Part M/Part 145 activities, and performed continuing airworthiness oversight, certificate renewal procedures, ramp inspections, and incident/accident reporting while working with national and international regulatory requirements. I’m fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
