At TMKN, I lead software and IT operations, enhanced the existing product, and integrated AI capabilities. Restructuring the team and optimizing workflows reduced development and operational costs by 30%.

At Proupto Co., I guided the transformation of a client e-commerce solution into a multi-tenant platform serving clients worldwide. I oversaw development with .NET Core and Angular and supported the product’s live deployment and international readiness.

At Amanah Teknologia, I steered delivery of a logistics Delivery Management System and the IHakeem medical application, and supervised an e-commerce application launch. Earlier, I developed payment solutions at MyFatoorah and enterprise software, including ERP systems, across other roles.
