At Yipy Apps, I designed features that help building managers run daily operations, including a Billing Statistics dashboard and a Permits module with auto-generated PDFs. I also redesigned the Add Billing flow and added a Preview step to help managers catch mistakes before bills reach residents.
I built Yipy's first design system with the new product team, then owned the admin website experience across the Building, Resident, Billing, Staff, and Task modules. I also wrote bilingual UI copy and turned recurring feedback from training and support into assessments and PRDs for the dev team.
For GenMasID, I contributed to the design of a youth-focused platform supporting educational, self-development, and social engagement initiatives. I translated requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
I designed and built Monotion App, my own web tool for making motion templates and mockup animations. Across my work, I research where existing flows break, design and prototype improvements, and work with developers through implementation.
