At IBM SkillsBuild | AICTE, I engineered workflow automation prototypes using LangChain, Generative AI models, and RAG for document processing and knowledge base queries. I also implemented dynamic query routing and automated evaluation metrics for enterprise reporting workflows.

I designed an automated reporting pipeline with Python, n8n, and Google Sheets API to reduce manual data collation. It tracked more than 70 workflow cycles with approximately 1% failure, using exception handling and operational logs.

I architected an adaptive evaluation platform with FastAPI, LangChain, and PostgreSQL, including rubric-based scoring, performance feedback, and KPI tracking. I also built a multilingual information-retrieval engine using RAG and speech recognition, recognized as a Smart India Hackathon 2025 semi-finalist.

I’m seeking an Analyst role at American Express to support operational efficiency, reporting integrity, and scalable AI enablement across training administration. My work also includes a monitoring and distribution service that ran continuously for more than five months without manual intervention.
