At Healthway QualiMed Hospital, I helped licensed pharmacists provide medication and healthcare products to patients, and worked on dispensing prescriptions, managing inventory, and compounding. My pharmacy education at University of San Agustin included lab work, clinical rotations, and internships, developing my patient counseling and medication management skills.
At OneBPO, I oversaw the execution of marketing campaigns and handled customer issues, orders, and inbound calls. I’ve also supported healthcare outreach as an HIV counseling and testing volunteer at Excellence Joy and Healthcare Foundation, including documentation, data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
