At TRC Mart, I collected and consolidated sales, traffic, category, and inventory data into regular reporting for retail operations. I built pivot-table reporting, tracked trends and plan-versus-actual performance, and provided ad-hoc analysis for managers.

I also checked data quality across sources, finding duplicates, missing values, and discrepancies so teams could work from reliable numbers.

In freelance and personal projects, I've automated business processes with Python and built Telegram bots with roles, scenarios, statuses, notifications, deployment, and clear launch instructions. One retail reporting case brought several manual exports into a single updated Excel or Google Sheets file, speeding up morning reports and urgent requests.

I also create mobile-first HTML/CSS landing pages and connect interfaces with forms and bot logic at a junior level. I enjoy taking a task end-to-end, from a raw export to a report, bot, or page people actually use.
