At ValueLabs, I’m the accountable QA owner for United Airlines booking, check-in, seat servicing, rewards, and service-recovery platforms. I validate passenger workflows across the travel lifecycle, including ticketing, disruption entitlements, and finance reconciliation.
I designed and built HyperTest Pro, a hybrid automation and evidence framework adopted as the team-wide standard for test delivery and release sign-off. It generates automation code, execution evidence, Gherkin documentation, and reports from recorded steps.
I also designed and developed Snap2Doc, a desktop QA suite that turns captured evidence into Word documents and Jira defects, with LLM gateway integration. My other projects include a no-code automation platform, a desktop-to-web migration validator, and an LLM-driven test agent.
My work spans UI, API, messaging, performance, and database validation. I’ve automated Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migration checks, validated Solace message flows, and used JMeter and BlazeMeter for load testing; I also make Go/No-Go release calls and production validation sign-offs as the QA owner.
