I am a buy-side acquisition professional with hands-on experience executing lower middle market manufacturing and real estate transactions from sourcing through close. I have led full-cycle deals, including a $5M CNC machine shop acquisition and multiple minority partner closings totaling roughly $10M enterprise value.
I build detailed LBO models, design capital stacks, size debt, run DSCR and IRR sensitivities, and structure equity waterfalls to optimize returns. I also perform rigorous financial due diligence, EBITDA normalization, and working capital analysis to validate cash flow sustainability.
In operating roles I have created site-level budgeting, forecasting, and reporting infrastructure for a facility scaling toward ~$100M revenue inside a $1B+ aerospace platform, mapped ERP systems into OneStream and Snowflake, and owned full site P&L and executive reporting.
I seek to bring pragmatic deal execution, disciplined financial modeling, and negotiation experience to a growth-focused investment or corporate development team where I can drive value through underwriting, structuring, and post-close integration.
