What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Arabic K–12 e-learning and multimedia production—translating curricula into interactive storyboards, setting standards, and mentoring cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

I’m an accomplished Senior Instructional Designer and Project Team Leader with 20+ years designing Arabic K–12 e-learning solutions and multimedia curricula. I focus on converting complex curricula into interactive Arabic storyboards while defining production standards that support consistent, high-quality delivery.

I’ve led cross-regional, ministerial-level initiatives across Jordan, Bahrain, and KSA, and I’m trusted to enforce pedagogical quality criteria across production assets. In my work, I balance instructional rigor with practical delivery—budgeting, scheduling, and deadline management to keep projects on track.

As a hands-on leader, I direct the full production line from instructional analysis and design through QA. I author storyboards, create instructional style sheets, standardize e-content benchmarks, and collaborate closely with animators, developers, and educators to build effective learning experiences.

My experience spans interactive multimedia, e-books, educational games, and platform-driven implementations using LMS and SCORM, along with EduWave authoring. I also invest in people—training SMEs and mentoring storyboard developers so teams can deliver strong content repeatedly, not just once.
