At CTS – Creative Technology Solutions, I designed adaptive learning modules on the Area9 Rhapsode engine, creating personalized, mastery-based learning paths. I also led the instructional design team, reviewing project output and setting shared design standards.
I partnered with subject matter experts to turn complex source content into learning objectives, lesson flows, and interactive experiences. I built activities, assessments, and feedback mechanisms in Articulate Storyline 360, and produced bilingual English/Arabic content for young learners and professional audiences.
Before CTS, I taught English at UNRWA – Al Baqa'ah & Madaba Elementary Schools and at Zahrat Al-Nudom. I adapted instruction for mixed-ability classes, designed assessments, and used assessment results to adjust instruction.
