Designed responsive dashboards, landing pages, and product interfaces for web and mobile. Built a cost estimation tool to simplify complex workflows for construction project planning.

Optimized checkout by redesigning passenger information and payment flows, and integrated ancillary services (baggage, seat selection, insurance, and additional experiences). Designed end-to-end Flights and Cruises booking experiences, including information architecture and responsive interfaces, and performed UX audits using Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.

Designed and delivered the end-to-end MVP for a US-based platform connecting home buyers with real estate agents, producing user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and prototypes. Defined information architecture and core interaction patterns, and built a scalable design system to support future product development.

Redesigned onboarding and activation experiences, improving onboarding completion from 50% to 95% and account verification from 20% to 70%. Conducted 25+ moderated user interviews and rebuilt the website builder into an intuitive visual editor, while also designing collaboration and productivity features and evolving a scalable design system with engineering.
