What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level role in banking technology or IT operations where I can contribute technical, analytical, database, web development, and customer communication skills.

I've supported Indian Bank's collections process at Teleperformance, managing customer interactions, overdue-account follow-ups, payment coordination, and accurate account updates.

I'm a BSc Information Technology graduate from Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science for Women, with hands-on experience in web development, database management, and UI/UX design. I use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, PHP, and MySQL to create practical digital platforms.

I've built a photography website with a 3D rotating image gallery and interactive navigation, along with alumni platforms featuring authentication, messaging, event management, job boards, and donation modules.

I bring communication, negotiation, problem-solving, creative thinking, and teamwork to banking technology or IT operations roles. My work has also earned recognition through Smart India Hackathon finalist status, a Best Student Award, and a paper-presentation prize.
