At Embryoxite, I’m developing a deep learning model to estimate the probability of pregnancy for each embryo from FTIR metabolomics spectra, supporting clinical decisions. I handle signal preprocessing, model validation and calibration, and experiment tracking in MLflow; the model is in the patent process.
I’ve also put an LLM-based system for extracting laboratory report data from PDFs into production, and developed computer vision pipelines for time-lapse embryo videos. My work includes automating data and inference workflows and deploying internal applications on AWS EC2.
