What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote or internationally distributed role where I can own HR and operational processes end-to-end, support cross-functional teams, and apply my generalist experience in recruitment, compliance, administration, coordination, and events.

At Deseo Maldives, I lead day-to-day operations, cross-department coordination, and organizational planning while retaining oversight of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

I was promoted from Human Resources Manager to General Manager in May 2025 after owning end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, HR documentation, training, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution. I keep processes audit-ready and manage concurrent HR and operational priorities with minimal supervision.

I also represent Deseo Maldives at trade and promotional events, coordinating logistics, staffing, and on-site operations. I'm interested in bringing my versatile HR, operations, bookkeeping, data-entry, and event-support experience to a remote or internationally distributed team.
