What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine hands-on website operations, technical SEO, troubleshooting, and detail-focused coordination. I value practical problem-solving, ownership of outcomes, and opportunities to keep learning new tools and technologies.

I built and continue to run hometownkopi.com.au for a restaurant client, owning the work from domain DNS and Cloudflare through WordPress/WooCommerce, caching, technical SEO, local search, and conversion tracking. I improved Core Web Vitals to LCP 1.1–1.6s, INP under 120ms, and CLS 0, while load-testing cart and checkout for 300+ concurrent users per second with zero errors.

Before moving into website operations, I kept transport, maritime, and packhouse operations running through compliance checks, scheduling, inventory data, fleet maintenance, and hands-on troubleshooting. I enjoy teaching myself new tools, solving unfamiliar technical problems, and turning detail-heavy operational work into reliable outcomes.
