What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support senior leaders in a high-trust environment where organized, detail-focused operations matter—handling executive administration, facilities, and travel smoothly, while improving processes with confidence, confidentiality, and timeous delivery.

I’m an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager and Certified Professional with a strong executive-support mindset. I aim to deliver top-quality, timeous office operations while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and trust at all times.

In my current Office Manager contract role at Climate Fund Managers, I provide executive assistance, coordinate meetings and telecoms, and ensure day-to-day facilities run smoothly. I manage vendor and service contracts, procure and maintain office supplies and IT equipment, oversee pantry readiness, and act as the point of contact for employee and supplier queries.

Previously at Allan Gray Namibia, I served as Personal Assistant to the MD and supported institutional client servicing. I managed diary coordination, arranged national and international travel, reconciled trip expenses monthly, handled electronic and physical filing, supported board meeting preparations, and assisted with client feedback reporting and presentation support.

Earlier experience across reception and front-desk roles strengthened my customer service, switchboard, cash-handling, and conference/boardroom booking capabilities. I’m also First Aid certified and actively take ownership of health & safety practices, including risk assessments and fire evacuation procedures.
