I’m an IT Specialist focused on machine learning workflows, AI model evaluation, and data quality assurance. In my current role, I analyze large-scale transaction datasets, identify data quality issues and anomalies, and design data verification workflows to support accuracy and compliance.

I also strengthen model performance through hands-on AI training and data annotation. I evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and clarity, write and test structured prompts, and review datasets for errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.

My background spans IT operations and quality-focused work, from troubleshooting hardware/software issues and supporting system installations to monitoring production operations and detecting packaging defects. I’ve learned to document complex technical processes clearly, so teams can reuse procedures, handle edge cases, and resolve issues faster.

I’m committed to security, data protection compliance, and continuous improvement through self-study and practical application. With a B.Sc. in Computer Science and targeted training in areas like Anti-Money Laundering, I bring analytical thinking, attention to detail, and process documentation to every technical initiative.
