I seek patient-focused nursing roles in primary care or home health emphasizing care coordination, wound/IV management, patient education, and collaborative teams to improve outcomes.

I am a registered nurse with experience across primary care, home health, and acute care settings. I focus on patient-centered care, medication management, wound and IV line care, and transitional care management.

In prior roles I managed case coordination, created treatment plans, performed phlebotomy, suture removal, immunizations, and communicated lab and imaging results with patients and providers.
