I’m an eCommerce Project Manager and Shopify Specialist with 5+ years of experience managing Shopify projects, website operations, client support, and eCommerce development.
At BoosterTheme, I manage projects from initial requirements through implementation, QA, revisions, and final delivery. I coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams while keeping tasks, timelines, and communication organized.
My experience includes complete Shopify store setups, theme customization, product and collection pages, responsive design improvements, CRO enhancements, speed optimization projects, website troubleshooting, and ongoing store maintenance.
I also manage customer support and documentation projects, including knowledge base migrations and content management using Zendesk and HubSpot.
