At KnowYourCustomer, I decomposed a legacy monolith into independently deployable services and delivered DocuSign and Google Cloud Translation API integrations. I also architected the backend platform for an enterprise AI Agent, using MCP to expose internal tools and databases to Anthropic Claude and OpenAI models.

At Microsoft, via Centific Technologies, I built and maintained backend services for Microsoft 365 Compliance and Data Governance. I owned features end-to-end, delivered Examination Size Limit functionality, and investigated customer-facing issues using KQL, telemetry, and diagnostics tooling.

At Rute Inc, I led a backend team of six engineers building a Transportation Management System and designed its backend architecture from scratch. Earlier, I developed Document Management and Enterprise Controlling systems at Global Engineering Technologies, and ERP functionality at Bankom, where I also participated in migrating a legacy Visual Basic system to C#.
