LL.M. human rights and humanitarian law graduate with protection-focused legal research and safeguarding experience.
What I'm looking for
I am an LL.M. graduate with advanced academic and applied grounding in International Human Rights Law (IHRL) and International Humanitarian Law (IHL), with a strong focus on protection in situations of vulnerability. I combine legal analysis with practical awareness of protection environments to help protect individuals where rights are at risk due to structural inequality, governance gaps, or crisis-related pressures.
In my legal research and governance-focused work, I analyze legislation, policy developments, and institutional practices through a rights-based lens. I prepare legal briefs and advisory notes that support advocacy and accountability, with particular attention to detention and justice, civilian protection, access to justice, and state obligations under international frameworks.
I also bring safeguarding and psychosocially informed practice to my work with vulnerable populations. Through direct safeguarding training and community/program-based experience, I apply confidentiality, ethical judgment, appropriate boundaries, and crisis de-escalation to create safer engagement for children and adults at risk.
Above all, I am motivated by protection work that bridges legal frameworks with field application—supporting protection monitoring, safeguarding, and protection of family links. I want to help strengthen real-world protection outcomes by translating international standards into actionable, protection-sensitive practice.
