Mariam Abdelmalek
@mariamabdelmalek
I help clients resolve housing crises and advance international law expertise.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Problem-Solving Specialist with experience assisting clients through housing crises, including advocating to resolve evictions and unlawful detainers. I bring a calm, practical approach to mediation between tenants and landlords, backed by strong follow-through on records and administrative processes.
I also strengthen my work through legal and research training—completing an LLM in International Law with modules across Public International Law, United Nations Law, Peaceful settlements and disputes, International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Human Rights Law. Alongside this, I’ve completed legal internship work reviewing law enforcement reports and conducting case law research for underrepresented communities.
Beyond casework, I contribute through content creation and digital humanities qualitative research, including work on the Coptic Egyptian Diaspora community. I’m motivated by advocacy, diplomacy, and trauma-informed crisis intervention—bringing collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder communication to every project.
