Miles M
@milesm
Operations Analyst who turns complex operations data into clear reporting, cost insights, and actionable efficiency improvements.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Operations Analyst with experience across FedEx operations, where I compile efficiency, cost, and utilization metrics for multiple Dedicated Service Capacity contracts. I build Excel and PowerBI reports that support top-down visibility while enabling granular breakdowns by DCA and yearly spend.
Before moving fully into analysis, I led day-to-day warehouse operations as an Operations Supervisor and managed teams, outbound trailer loading, and van line unloading in high-volume facilities processing 18,000–22,000 packages. I also coordinated contingency payments for multiple districts and maintained documentation for monthly and yearly audits.
I began on the operations floor as a Package Handler, supporting inbound and outbound sorts and training seasonal employees during Peak 2021. Outside work, I’m studying Mechanical Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology and build projects like an Arduino-controlled, additive-manufactured slot machine and a Solidworks-based 3D-printed exoskeleton knee brace.
