What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my construction-methodology, QA/QC, documentation, and remote collaboration experience to improve the technical accuracy and real-world usefulness of construction processes or AI-generated construction content.

I'm currently improving construction inspection quality at AOKA by evaluating reports against MAP Guide, PWS, and HUD standards, identifying workflow gaps, and producing compliant technical submission packages.

Previously, I planned, designed, and supervised roads, drainage systems, irrigation canals, buildings, and water supply schemes for Rurukshetra Rural Municipality, supporting projects serving 15,000+ residents. I managed BOQs, estimates, tenders, contractor performance, procurement, scheduling, and project documentation from design through practical completion.

My reconstruction work with All Hands and Hearts / Relief Nepal included school buildings and community infrastructure, workforce coordination, material testing, and structural damage assessments. I bring field-level construction knowledge, clear technical reporting, and remote cross-functional collaboration to construction content review and process improvement.
