What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a growth-focused company where I can contribute to architectural design, cost control, construction documentation, and project management while building my career and delivering organizational goals.

I've supported construction projects at Chainlink Engineering through quantity take-offs, cost estimates, budget tracking, architectural design, bidding, and project documentation. I also created 3D models in SketchUp and prepared progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.

Currently, I work remotely from Nepal for Melbourne-based Caliber Builders, overseeing project scheduling, coordination, workflow, trade communications, bookings, and official documentation. I'm a licensed civil engineer with hands-on experience in RCC and earthquake-resistant building design, BOQ preparation, quality control, and cost control.
