At Parexel International LLC, I’m introducing AI into DBA operations and leading work to apply knowledge retrieval, LLM-assisted analysis, and agent-driven workflows. I’m also introducing Ansible playbooks for database provisioning, patching, configuration baselines, and refreshes.

At EA Canada Development ULC, I led Oracle upgrades and migrations, high-availability and disaster-recovery work, and performance optimization. I introduced an RMAN-based cloning approach combined with SAN snapshots and replication that reduced database cloning time from about three hours to a few minutes; across my consulting work, I’ve also advised on database modernization, security, and cloud migrations.
