At VinSmart Future and previously VinHMS, I worked in Senior Service Quality Assurance and Implementation, evaluating team performance through daily case reviews and monthly QA reports. Most team members consistently maintained QA scores above 90%.

I also built SOPs, FAQs, and checklists, and organized training on problem-solving and new features. Through periodic customer review campaigns, I helped maintain a CSAT rating above 95% from 2024 to mid-2026.

For hospitality system implementations, I conducted planning and kick-off meetings, configured systems to customer requirements, and supported training, UAT, go-live, and final acceptance. Earlier at VinHMS, I provided troubleshooting support, analyzed and resolved issues, and participated in implementation support.
