Mike Tukiendorf
@miketukiendorf
Engineering professional coordinating kitchen equipment design, CAD, and support for franchise expansion.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Coordinator who uses AutoCAD/Revit and strong CAD support to help teams and franchisees move fast with accurate, on-time information. Since May 2023, I’ve created and modified floor plans for new and existing Culver’s restaurants, presented equipment options weekly via PowerPoint and MS Teams, and supported franchisees, the innovations team, and supply chain with dependable updates.
I’ve built a career across engineering support, manufacturing, and ERP process work—supporting design engineers with 3D & 2D CAD in SolidWorks, maintaining PDMvault file workflows, and uploading to ERPSuite so global partners can review. I’m also proud of design-team outcomes, including rolling out Culver’s delivery to 1000 restaurants and helping win the 2020 RedDot best design award, plus hands-on execution like managing four 3D printers weekly, designing life-testing fixtures, and troubleshooting suppliers (including travel to China). I bring a practical, documentation-driven mindset—organizing engineering standards, work orders, and records—while staying solution-focused from prototypes through production.
