I seek roles where I can refine pastry techniques, develop allergy-conscious premium products, contribute to a collaborative culinary team, and grow my small-business skills.

I am an aspiring pastry chef and entrepreneur who founded Patisserie By M to bring European patisserie traditions to South Texas, creating high-end, allergy-conscious desserts including gluten-free and sugar-free options.

I trained at SUGAR and ICIF in Italy, completed intensive programs in classical and modern pastry techniques, and hold Baking & Pastry certificates alongside food safety permits and business-focused certifications such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel/Word.

I have competitive experience and awards from FCCLA and DECA, actively pursue culinary education through dual-enrollment at UTRGV, and I am bilingual in English and Spanish with basic French—driven to grow my craft and scale my business while maintaining high quality and inclusive offerings.
