At Excella, I led the design and engineering of a modular Terraform platform supporting the migration of 150+ legacy applications to AWS. I also played a leading role in the migration strategy and had primary responsibility for the cutover of a flagship High Value Asset, completing it within its four-hour target window.
I built and enhanced self-service platform modules that reduced time to market from months to days and now serve approximately 200 application customers. I also brought a broken Amazon EKS cluster under modular Terraform management and helped remediate thousands of organization-level security findings.
At Excella, I led adoption of GitHub Copilot and built reusable agents, including a Jira agent for creating and managing issues at scale. Across enterprise and public sector technology, my work spans cloud, hybrid, and data center environments, with a focus on infrastructure as code, platform automation, and AI workflows.
