What I'm looking for

I’m seeking opportunities to increase responsibility, development, and professional growth. I want to use my customer service, organizational, accounting, and management experience to ensure accurate records, strong training, and excellent service for internal and external customers.

I focus on delivering excellent customer service while keeping land records accurate and up to date. In DART (Division of Assessment, Recording and Taxation), I provide current information to internal and external customers regarding land records, recording statutes, and Dept of Assessment ownership information.

I train and support teams by onboarding new A&T Tech 1’s in their job functions, using Orion for Recording and Taxation ownership transfers and Helion for reviewing and recording documents such as deeds, mortgages, military discharges, and liens. I also verify completed work to ensure recording legal documents and land transfers are accurate.

I’m relied on to keep operations running smoothly—assisting the Supervisor, providing backup for administrative duties like schedules, training, and work distribution, and coordinating with staff on daily transfers and indexing needs. I monitor lobby Q-Flow and the Cisco phone system to deliver timely service and resolve difficult customer issues using critical thinking.

Earlier, I built strong leadership and operational experience at SkyWest Airlines, where I oversaw training, managed parts operations, and supervised a team of seven to maintain availability for overnight and line aircraft. I’ve brought that same service-first mindset into streamlining processes (like scanning) to improve efficiency and support DART’s mission to serve the public.
