I've built full-stack and backend applications across SurveySensum and QBurst Technologies, focusing on scalable workflows, responsive user experiences, and enterprise systems.
At SurveySensum, I developed an event-driven contact ingestion workflow using AWS S3, SQS, and Lambda to process CSV uploads, create MongoDB records, and generate survey links. I also improved near-real-time survey response retrieval with OpenSearch and Redis caching.
At QBurst, I improved application performance through Angular lazy loading, server-side pagination, ASP.NET Core API optimization, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and ADO.NET. I enabled real-time collaboration with SignalR and automated status workflows through Azure DevOps integration.
I've also worked on customer experience, assessment management, and collaboration products, including gRPC microservice communication, OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 authentication, Azure Blob Storage file uploads, Google Calendar integration, and AI-powered survey-question tooling.
