@mihinlewkebandara
Outbound appointment setter at Vynce Digital who completed 50+ dials in a first live shift and handles objections on US calls.
BangladeshWhat I'm looking for
At Vynce Digital, I made outbound cold calls to US small businesses on a US shift, working toward a daily target of 150 dials and qualified meetings. In my first live shift, I completed 50+ dials while following a call script and CRM process and handling hang-ups and objections.
I was selected through a live, scenario-based interview that assessed objection handling and client communication. I’m available to start immediately on US hours.
Through Budget Basics, my independent digital product business, I designed, built, and launched three products on Gumroad: a budget template, a Pro debt-payoff and savings tool, and a Subscription Tracker. I also cold-messaged prospective clients to pitch a real service.
I built a Pinterest Business account from zero, reaching about 900 impressions and 100+ engagements in its first three months. I use daily posting and data-driven iteration, and I work with Pinterest marketing and SEO, campaign analytics, Google Sheets, and Excel.
