At Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP), I architected and delivered the UDLAP Honors Program platform, which serves more than 600 mentors and students and won a 2025 UDLAP Continuous Improvement Program award. I also replaced a fully manual reporting flow, cutting report completion time from 6–8 minutes to under a minute.
At UDLAP, I mentor a team of eight engineering students and manage the platform’s deployment on a self-hosted Mac mini. I configured Nginx, Gunicorn, and SSL, and wrote recovery scripts to restore services within minutes after infrastructure incidents or power outages.
As an independent full-stack developer and technical consultant, I’ve delivered more than nine production web and IoT applications for clients including Golden Energy, Sol Ecológico, and Saunas y Vapores de Puebla. I’m also building Ultradian, my personal deep-work productivity platform, and have integrated Claude and Gemini APIs into production workflows.
