At Hcda. Palestina / Nueva Era, I manage the strategic, administrative and operational work of an approximately 89-hectare banana farm producing for export. I plan and supervise the production chain from cultivation through harvesting, packing and dispatch, while managing budgets and operating costs.
I lead workforce planning for approximately 80 employees and oversee procurement, farm activities and compliance with export quality and certification standards. Through resource optimization and process improvement, I’ve reduced operating costs by up to 30%.
