At Diageo, I manage a multi-country customer portfolio across Central America and the United States, with a sustained focus on timely collections and reduced DSO. I also present monthly risk analysis and indicators to the Financial Committee.
I participated in moving the collections operation from Budapest and India to Bogotá, documenting processes and reinforcing internal controls. This work also contributed to improved corporate audit results.
I project cash collection flows and bad-debt provisions with the treasury team to support liquidity planning. I also set credit limits and payment terms for multi-country customers, balancing commercial growth with credit risk mitigation.
Earlier at Diageo, I built automated Excel and Power BI dashboards to track trade investments and expenses for the Brazil and Colombia markets. I’m currently studying for a Master’s in Corporate Finance at CESA.
