What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply quantitative analysis, econometric modeling, Python, and spatial analysis to real business, financial, or public-policy problems while continuing to grow in data-driven roles.

I'm an Economics undergraduate at Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, applying quantitative analysis, econometric modeling, and programming to financial and operational problems.

At TikTok Shop U.S. Operations, I managed high-volume support across sellers, buyers, and content creators in English. I resolved cross-platform issues involving carrier API tracking, order fulfillment, and commission and payout calculations while maintaining SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
