I've led product design at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, building Nora, an AI agent that brought end-to-end booking and payment into conversational experiences. My work contributed to 94.5% positive user sentiment, a 58% increase in likelihood to enter the booking funnel, and a 16% increase in booking value among Nora users.

I also designed booking, payment, FlexPay, and checkout flows for Supernova, NCL.com's large-scale redesign. Through usability improvements across complex multistep journeys, I contributed to a 20% increase in completed bookings while partnering closely with product, engineering, research, and business teams.

Earlier, I improved subscription-service experiences at Legacy Research Group and mentored UX students at BrainStation. I enjoy turning user research, experimentation, and business goals into scalable, high-fidelity product experiences.
