At Sagepath Reply, I lead a team of four designers delivering a global internal safety-management platform for Carnival Cruise Line and its sister brands, from onboard research to a 7-ship pilot. I also built and govern two enterprise design systems with 2,500+ and 1,000+ components and variables.
I lead product design for Georgia-Pacific’s automation platform across 150+ warehouse facilities, defining its future-state experience with business analysts. Previously, I shipped features for MDRT Academy and helped raise engagement 6%, launched Apple’s Partner Portal used by 1,000+ people daily, and contributed to the MDRT Member app, which reached 40,000+ active users.
