I’m looking for a creative project management role where I can lead end-to-end photo/video and marketing content, align multi-level stakeholders, optimize workflows, and own budgets to deliver customer-forward brand growth.

I’m a results-oriented, collaborative creative and project management professional with extensive experience leading end-to-end photo and video production and creative services—from intake through final delivery. I’m detail oriented, a multi-tasker, and I manage multi-level stakeholders while prioritizing customer-forward service.

At Marriott Vacations Worldwide, I lead end-to-end photo and video production for 120+ resorts, covering architectural, lifestyle, brand, drone, and social content. I streamline operational workflows, oversee a lean team, and support pre-production planning, on-site production schedules, and post-production editing, reviews, approvals, asset delivery, and archiving.

I’ve demonstrated success in multi-million-dollar budget oversight, timeline adherence, and workflow optimization. I manage capital budgets and achieve $75K+ in annual cost savings through vendor and talent negotiations, while keeping content aligned to brand standards and business objectives across print, web, and social channels.

Earlier, I led creative services initiatives spanning resort theming, arrival and in-villa collateral, signage, guest activities, and food & beverage advertising. I’ve also developed web-based digital asset library capabilities and supported major launches and rebranding efforts—always ensuring compliance with budgets, timelines, branding, and legal guidelines.
