I’m a healthcare operations professional with extensive experience in medical case management, clinical research support, and healthcare compliance. I manage high-volume patient caseloads while keeping documentation accurate, organized, and audit-ready.

From 2005 to 2012, I managed 500 active home health patients—preparing treatment plans, physician orders, and complete medical case files. I ensured compliance with JCAHO and New York State Department of Health regulations through detailed chart review and documentation management.

I strengthen operations by producing and analyzing weekly patient status reports, coordinating multidisciplinary communication, and improving workflow efficiency. I also prepared for regulatory inspections through internal audit preparation and chart reviews.

In clinical research, I supported 3 active clinical trials with 150+ participants. I maintained FDA essential regulatory documents, reviewed study eligibility and protocol compliance, tracked lab results and investigational product shipments, and distributed study updates to align sponsors and investigators.
