I bring several years of experience in retail and customer service, including starting at Wal-Mart when the store was just opening. I worked overnight stocking—handling freight coming in, setting modulars, working freight, and back stocking—so I understand how the full retail process comes together.

Later, I became a department manager for the chemical department, responsible for ordering, stocking, and keeping my area fully stocked, neat, and clean. I also spent about 5 years as an overnight team lead and overnight area supervisor/key holder, where I led trailer unload, ensured merchandise was put out correctly, set up new spaces for merchandise, managed back stock, and communicated important information to the opening manager.

I’ve handled inventory prep and shrink, and I made schedules for the overnight team. Alongside retail leadership, I’ve done training, store opening/closing, and money handling, and I bring the same highly responsible, accuracy-first approach to my ongoing roles as a deli/meat counter cashier, waitstaff/phones, and in cleaning work.
