At Inlaks Computers Limited, I co-led the Central Bank of Kenya's Vault Management System upgrade from T24 R09 to R23, safeguarding data integrity and business continuity. I owned functional analysis and end-to-end testing, then diagnosed post-upgrade performance issues ahead of production readiness.
For Sidian Bank, I worked with the Retail Functional team on a T24 upgrade from TAFC to TAFJ, configuring the platform with business and IT stakeholders and handling functional testing and troubleshooting. At Standard Bank Mozambique, I directed a Privileged Access Management cleanup that removed duplicate and dormant accounts and established least-privilege access for bot accounts.
Earlier, I co-built My Payd's flagship web application and worked on a user-profile solution at Talent Bridge Africa. My background also includes hardware testing at Solar Panda Africa, supported by software engineering training and certifications in Temenos and Cisco networking.
