At LeadSim, I designed, built, and shipped a behavioral simulator for new engineering managers as a solo founder. It simulates a quarter with a five-person team and produces a factual report of decision patterns and blind spots; I’m running a pilot with a first B2B customer.

At Amplemarket, I shipped LLM agent workflows, including tool calling and model integrations, to production for Duo Copilot, an AI sales assistant.

At HeroCoders, I led engineering for Clockwork Automated Timesheets, a B2B SaaS product for Jira Cloud. The product’s MRR grew by 600% in two years to a six-figure level, and I owned the roadmap with the Product Manager while building and leading a distributed team.

At Dynatrace, I progressed from Team Lead to Director of Software Engineering, leading teams responsible for Log Monitoring and Platform UI. Earlier at Atlassian, I led work on Jira Data Center scalability, including asynchronous cache replication and a Lucene search engine upgrade. I’m currently building hands-on with agentic AI and value autonomy, transparency, and respectful communication.
