Michael Rizkalla

I am a dedicated civil engineering graduate with a concentration in structural engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in civil engineering principles, structural analysis, and design. I have completed extensive coursework in advanced topics such as steel and concrete design, as well as structural dynamics.

During my internship at D Handy Inc., I gained hands-on experience in reviewing foundation and structural specifications for projects aimed at elevating and reconstructing houses damaged by Hurricane Sandy. My role involved quality assurance and quality control for the installation of rebar, foundations, piles, and concrete pours. Additionally, my time at Interphase Electric allowed me to delve into the electrical trade, where I reviewed electrical drawings and assisted in conduit installation and wire termination.
