At FIFGROUP (Astra Group), I build national KPI dashboards and large-scale operational reports for Corporate Planning, Network Management, and Accounting. I use Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle PL/SQL, and Python to consolidate data across divisions and source systems.
I developed automated CRM reporting pipelines that reduced turnaround time from about six hours to 20 minutes, enabling daily monitoring. I also maintain the nationwide Overdue Cycle Management report, support monthly closing, and consistently achieve 100% SLA compliance.
My financial-services experience includes payment operations automation at HSBC Indonesia and treasury business planning at Bank Danamon Indonesia. I've built VBA tools for reconciliation workflows, supported process automation projects, and analyzed competitor-bank market positioning.
